Aimee Tian

Aimee Tian graduated from Dalian University of Foreign Languages and joined Quark Expeditiions shortly thereafter, embarking on what will most definitely be a lifelong career in polar adventure.

Tian has accumulated a vast wealth of knowledge on polar tourism and the myriad benefits of the expedition travel experience. She has led 12 groups to Antarctica, the Falkland Islands, and South Georgia; and made six trips to the Arctic, reaching Iceland, Greenland, Baffin Island, Alaska, the Arctic Watch Wilderness Lodge, and the North Pole. She has also led two groups to the Amazon River.

Tian’s insightful familiarity with top itineraries and on-board operations is further elevated by her astute promotion and client-service skills. She is deeply connected to the polar regions in a way that incorporates every aspect of her life, and she looks forward to introducing many more adventurers to expedition travel.
